Registration conditions
The University Didactics program is aimed at lecturers at the University of Göttingen and individual cooperating institutions (please ask if participation is possible: hochschuldidaktik@zvw.uni-goettingen.de).
Registration
You can register for the events of the Göttingen University Didactics directly via the registration form on our homepage.
Your registration is binding.
Once you have been allocated a place, you will receive an official confirmation of registration and more detailed information about the venue and times by e-mail.
Please note that there is usually a limit of 12 participants for the workshops. If there are more registrations than places available, waiting lists will be drawn up according to the order in which registrations are received. As soon as a place becomes available, the people on the waiting list will be notified at short notice.
Payment of the participation fees should be received at least 14 days before the start of a module or workshop.
Deregistration
It is possible to cancel in writing up to 14 days before the start of the event (the date of the email applies). Please send an email to hochschuldidaktik@zvw.uni-goettingen.de stating the exact details of the seminar you wish to cancel (title, date, time).
The participation fee will not be refunded in the event of late deregistration or non-attendance. If you are in the certificate program, you have the option of attending another workshop by arrangement.
Workshops may be canceled at short notice by Hochschuldidaktik Göttingen for valid reasons (e.g. illness of the trainer or too few registrations). Of course, we will inform you as early as possible if an event is canceled.
