Emergency grants
The aim of this funding line is to contribute to the continuous progress and successful completion of doctoral projects by providing short-term support to doctoral students in financial emergencies for which they are not responsible.The emergency grant is awarded for a maximum period of 3 months. The grant is endowed with the current BAföG maximum rate (plus a child supplement if applicable).
There is a prior consultation requirement for applying for an emergency grant. Please make an appointment with the office!
