The Institutional Health Management aims to maintain and improve the work ability, motivation, and satisfaction of all employees while promoting health. Additionally, health should be embedded as a value in the company culture and actions of all, while encouraging social interaction. This also contributes to the attractiveness of the university as an employer internally and externally. The offerings of the Institutional Health Management can be divided into the following four groups:
