Svenja Dobelmann

Short CV

Svenja Dobelmann joined the FoResLab project in February 2025, as a research associate at the HAWK. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Geoecology from the University of Potsdam, where she developed a strong interest in Geoinformation systems and Remote Sensing for environmental applications. Svenja then pursued the EAGLE Master's program at the University of Würzburg. For her master's thesis, she focused on assessing Nature’s Contributions to People using satellite data in German forests. In her role within Subproject 07, Svenja is developing a remote sensing framework to monitor forest resilience through structural observations, utilizing 3D point cloud data.
