In this semester, the tutorial (sessions 2-6) will provide valuable insights from a practical perspective on software projects. Together with Ruven Bers, who is an expert in lean-agile product development and organizational design, we will conduct the case study “Agile Mastery: A Hands-On Lean Software Projects".
